Open the Report: Navigate to the Data View you want to share.
Access the Share Menu:
Click the button with the report’s name in the upper-right corner.
Select the "Share" option.
Choose Recipients:
Share the report with individual users or predefined groups (e.g., All Admins (“Agency Users”), All Partners).

When sharing, you can assign one of the following roles:Viewer: Users can view the report but cannot make any changes.
