July 28, 2025 - Advertiser Invoices now allow you to select the performance period NEW FEATURE

New Feature: You can now select whether creation or update date will be displayed on the billing document in the period.

Example:

  • Invoice for all conversions confirmed last month (perspective confirmation date of the commission)

  • performance period displayed on billing document: 1st of last month - last day of last month (confirmation date of the commission)

Note: Please be aware that this has no effect on Traffic (Views/Clicks) or Transactions.
Note: The original behavior will not change if you do not change the default value of the new select.

 

July 25, 2025 - SEPA File Creation Now Respects Partner Billing Type Improved

Important Update: The generation of SEPA payout files now respects the transfer_type value defined in each partner's billing data.

Why this is important: Previously, all bank account data was included in SEPA files regardless of the partner’s billing type. With this update, only partners explicitly set to use SEPA (Type = 1) will be included. This ensures cleaner file generation, avoids errors, and gives you full control over payout routing based on your internal setup.

This change is especially relevant for finance teams managing multiple partners across different regions or payout methods. It allows for more precise handling of SEPA, SWIFT, and IBAN-based payouts.

Action recommended:
To ensure all relevant partners continue to receive SEPA payouts:

  1. Go to Manage Partners and export partner data.

  2. In the exported file, locate the column transfer_type.

  3. Verify that partners intended for SEPA have the value 1.

March 19, 2025 - Conversion list/event API for Partners and Advertisers NEW FEATURE

New Feature: We are happy to announce that the above endpoints are now available across all user groups. This was made possible by the addition of general user-based authentication and row-level security.

Why this is important: This is especially useful for platforms that have multiple strategic partners with a high level of technical background that want to integrate their systems more deeply with ingenious. Furthermore, this allows Advertisers from networks to access their own conversions via API for their integrations.

March 12, 2025 - Add default tracking link to Partner emails NEW FEATURE

New Feature: Template parameter “Default tracking link”: You now have the option to add your Advertisers Default tracking link (the Tracking link currently available in the Advertiser Explorer) to every email template regarding relationships.
Why this is important: Having any tracking link available in a welcome email helps in getting your campaign up and running as quickly as possible. This is also especially helpful for those of your partners who don’t regularly log into the platform (i.e. influencers, bloggers).

To use the new template parameter, add [[relationship.defaulttrackingurl]] to any template regarding relationships.

February 2, 2025 - Relationship automation NEW FEATURE

New Feature: Relationship Automation: Specify rules to create relationships with new adspaces automatically, or accept/reject new relationship applications automatically.
