Dashboards
Designed specifically for partners and admin users, the new dashboard provides a clean and immediate overview of your key performance metrics, along with powerful tools to drill down into the data behind the numbers.
1. Dashboard Overview & Key Metrics
When you log in, you will be greeted by your primary dashboard. This view is populated with dynamic widgets displaying your most crucial KPIs, such as Click count, Conversion Count, Commissions etc.
Trend Comparisons:
Beneath the primary number on each KPI widget, you will see a percentage indicator (e.g., +18.88% or -2.35%). The dashboard automatically compares your currently selected timeframe to the immediate preceding period of the same length. For example, if you are viewing the "Last 30 Days," the trend indicator compares that data to the 30 days prior.
Below the top-line KPIs, you will find various visual representations of your data, including line charts tracking performance over time and pie charts breaking down sub-ID distributions.
2. Utilizing Global Filters
At the top of the dashboard, you will find a global filter bar. These filters apply to all widgets on your dashboard simultaneously.
Time Range: Click the date drop-down (e.g., "Last 14 Days") to select predefined ranges like "Today," "This week," "Last month," or "This year." Once you select a new timeframe, the entire dashboard will automatically refresh to reflect the new data.
3. Deep Dive: "Explore in Dataview"
The dashboard allows you to investigate the specific data driving your top-line numbers. If you want to know more about a specific metric:
Hover over the title of a widget
Click the link icon that appears to open an Instant Dataview.
This opens a new, detailed analysis page dedicated solely to that metric. Note: This is an instant, dynamic view of the data behind the widget, not a pre-saved report.
Customizing Your Dataview:
Once inside the Dataview, you have full control over how the information is presented:
Visualizations: You can change the visual representation of the data (e.g., switching from a line chart to a bar chart) and adjust the time grouping (e.g., viewing data daily vs. weekly).
Adding Dimensions: To get more granular, click the Edit button (pencil icon). This opens a side panel where you can add additional dimensions to your table and chart. For example, you can add "Advertiser Name" to see exactly which advertisers contributed to your confirmed commission during that period. Click Apply to update the view.
4. Important System Notes
Please keep the following technical details in mind while using the platform:
Reporting Focus: The new dashboard is strictly for numerical reporting and data visualization. Non-reporting features have been relocated to keep the dashboard clean. For example, system messages are no longer on the dashboard; you can now find them by navigating to Messaging > Info Center in the left-hand navigation menu.
Timezone: All data displayed on the dashboard and within dataviews is logged in UTC.
Currency Defaults: If a specific currency is not explicitly indicated on a widget or report, the numbers default to the standard currency of the respective advertiser's program.
