Using the platform status

What is the platform status?

Via the platform status, you are informed about updates, planned maintenance and errors. To indicate the current status, the platform status uses a color code indicating the severity of the issue, an indication of the affected areas and a description offering you a detailed account of the issue at stake. The color codes indicate the following:

  • Green means the platform is up and running and there is nothing new to report.

  • Blue means the platform has been updated recently.

  • Orange either means there are minor problems which might partly limit the usage of the platform.

  • Red either indicates there is a critical error or the platform has been shut down completely for planned maintenance.

Please note tracking is rarely effected, even by critical errors, because the tracking engine is managed via different servers than the server of the admin and the partner UI. In case of planned maintenance, you will be contacted in advance.

Where can I find the platform status?

Please note you will only be able to view the platform status when you are logged in to the platform. Regardless on the section you are in, you will always find the platform status indicated in the right corner of the top bar of the admin UI. It looks more or less like this:
