  1. LMS (Learning Management System): We have a comprehensive LMS in place that houses a series of courses and modules about our tracking system, as well as other essential tools and systems. It’s designed to ensure a smooth onboarding process

  2. Dokumentation: Our documentation portal, Doku, offers in-depth guides, best practices, and step-by-step tutorials on the tracking system and more. It’s a go-to place for any doubts you might have.

  3. Platform Tours: For some functionalities, the platform offers a tour. This hands-on experience offers a deeper understanding of its functionalities.

Support Mechanisms:

  1. Slack: Our Slack channels provide real-time communication. There’s a specific channel for tracking-related queries where both our internal team and agencies collaborate. Feel free to jump in! We will send an invite.

  2. Ticket System: For more technical issues or detailed support, the ticket system is the best way to reach out. Our tech team is always monitoring and they usually resolve queries within 24 hours.

  3. Philosophy: At the core of our support structure lies our philosophy which emphasizes:

    1. Transparency: We believe in clear and open communication and to provide access to as much data as possible!

    2. Being Prepared: We like solving issues, even the tricky ones! Please provide all relevant Ids, examples and good error descriptions when raising a request!

    3. Continuous Learning: Encouraging questions and learning from each other.

Getting Started Actions:

  1. LMS Access (Learning Platform): We sent you login details for our LMS. We recommend starting with the basic training module to get a foundational understanding.

  2. Documentation / List of Articles: We also love to share a curated list of essential articles from Doku that are relevant to the tracking setup and the operational processes.

  3. Q&A Sessions: We like to host Q&A sessions for newcomers. It’s a great opportunity to clear any doubts and to interact with other team members.The session should take place after you finished the basic training in the LMS and answer all questions you may have!
