Reporting export output

Preface

This page contains a comprehensive overview of the data in the reporting export files you can download in the export section of the partner UI. Please note you can export reports by dayby product categoryby advertiserby ad mediaby referrer and by sub ID. For detailed information on individual conversions,  make sure you export the conversions file.

Output reporting export file

The output of your reporting export file will obviously depend on the type of file you select:

  • If you select report by day, the first column header will be called day. The value will have the dd.mm.yyyy format. All other figures in the row are related to this date.

  • If you select report by product category, the first column header will be called id, the second one title. In the column below these headers, you will find the product category ID and the product category name respectively. All other figures in the row are related to this product category. Please note you select the timeframe in the filter panel at the top of the export page.

  • If you select report by advertiser, the first column header will be called mid, the second one title. In the column below these headers, you will find the advertiser ID and the advertiser name respectively. All other figures in the row are related to this advertiser. Please note you select the timeframe in the filter panel at the top of the export page.

  • If you select report by ad media, the first column header will be called wmid, the second one title. In the column below these headers, you will find the ID of the ad media item and the ad media item name respectively. All other figures in the row are related to this ad media item. Please note you select the timeframe in the filter panel at the top of the export page.

  • If you select report by referrer, the first column header will be called refferer. In the column below this header, you will find the referrer. All other figures in the row are related to this referrer. Please note you select the timeframe in the filter panel at the top of the export page.

  • If you select report by subID, the first column header will be called subid. In the column below this header, you will find the subIDs you have added to your tracking URLs. All other figures in the row are related to the subIDs. If you export a report by subID, please make sure you use UTF-8 characters instead of ISO-formats. Otherwise, programs such as Excel might not properly display your report.

Please note that you select the timeframe in the filter panel at the top of the export page.

Apart from the first, the other column headers are the same for every report. Their content is discussed in the table below:
