Use the Relationship Explorer to manage relationships

Before you start

When you are someone who manages multiple advertisers, the Relationship Explorer is the main tool for you to manage relationships across your advertisers. It will give you an overview of all established relationships as well as all applications. In addition, you can change existing relations and establish new ones.

If you want to use our multi-select feature and make changes to more than one relationship at once, please switch to the Relationship Manager.

Getting started

Make sure you are logged in to your admin UI, click on ‘relationships’ in the main navigation menu, and proceed to click on ‘Explorer’. If you do so, you will see the relationships explorer page:

Here, you can do the following (please note that depending on the permissions you have in the platform the view and editable fields might be slightly different):

  • Use the filters (Advertiser, Partner, Status, etc.) to find the relationships you want

  • Select a row in the table to see or edit the details of the selected relationship.

  • See activities: Find out what changed, when it changed and who did the change on every relationship

  • Establish new relationships (note that you need permission to be able to create relationships)

  • Export relationships with the applied filters (note that you need permission to be able to export)
